Sangrita (Tequila Chaser)
2 cups tomato juice
1 cup orange juice
2 ounces lime juice
1 to 2 tsp tobasco
2 tsp finely minced onion
several pinches white pepper
seasoned salt or celery salt, to taste
1 to 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
several jalapeno peppers
Blend all ingredients well, except jalapenos. Add whole peppers to mixture,
and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Remove peppers before serving.
