Sangrita (Tequila Chaser)

  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 ounces lime juice
  • 1 to 2 tsp tobasco
  • 2 tsp finely minced onion
  • several pinches white pepper
  • seasoned salt or celery salt, to taste
  • 1 to 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • several jalapeno peppers

    Blend all ingredients well, except jalapenos. Add whole peppers to mixture, and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Remove peppers before serving.
