Smoked Salmon Spread
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 oz smoked salmon (~ 1/3 cup), chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp drained capers
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp horseradish
salt & pepper
Puree ricotta until smooth. Add everything else and mix lightly in food processor.
Add salt & pepper to taste. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
