Smoked Salmon Spread

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 oz smoked salmon (~ 1/3 cup), chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp drained capers
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • salt & pepper

    Puree ricotta until smooth. Add everything else and mix lightly in food processor. Add salt & pepper to taste. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
