Hummus

  • 1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • 1 19 oz can chick peas, drained
  • chopped parsley

    Puree chick peas and garlic. Add everything else. Chill. Garnish with parsley.
