Hummus
1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp hot water
1 19 oz can chick peas, drained
chopped parsley
Puree chick peas and garlic. Add everything else. Chill. Garnish with parsley.
