Hot Artichoke Dip

  • 14 oz. can artichoke hearts (in water), drained and chopped.
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • dash lemon juice

    Mix all ingredients in food processor (it needn't be completely smooth). Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
