Balsamic Soy Marinade

  • 3/4 cup basalmic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dijon or honey mustard
  • 10 cloves chopped garlic

    Marinate beef 1 to 8 hours. Longer is okay too, but with little gain after 8 hours.
